Work assignments have involved Safety Requirements Specification, facilitation of HAZOP, and SIL Determination studies, SIL Verification. Retrospective evaluation and validation of existing systems, Functional Safety Compliance and Capability Assessment, Gap analysis, design and implementation of Functional Safety and Competency management systems to meet IEC 61511, HSE, TUV and CASS requirements and Functional Safety Assessment.
